1. Check in time is between 14:00 - 21:00 at arrival day & check out time is between 8:00 - 10:00 at departure day. Check in/ out should be scheduled at least one day before.
2. Wifi code could be provided upon request.
3. Information about hot water could be provided in case you face difficulties.
4. Smoking is not allowed
5. Pets are not allowed
6. Events/Parties are not allowed
7. Children are welcomed. Baby cots could be provided upon request.
8. Minimum age limit for check in: 18
9. Quiet hours are between 15:00 - 17:30 and 23:00 - 07:00.

- Cancellation Policy

● 21 Days: No fees apply if the reservation is cancelled earlier than 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Any taken deposit is fully refunded.
● 20 - 10 Days: In case the booking is cancelled between 20 till 10 days prior to arrival, 30% of the total accommodation cost is charged as a cancellation fee.
● 9 - 0 Days: In case the booking is cancelled later than 9 days prior to arrival, the 70% total accommodation cost is charged as a cancellation fee. Due to the force majeure of Covid-19, the guest could change the dates according to the availability or could agree on an open Voucher due to 18 months in the future from the departure date. In any case, the amount that covers each option is 70% of the total amount.
In case of refunding any amount regarding a cancellation, the transaction fees will be charged to the customers.
