The Villa is located on the hill of Sani, in a complex of thirteen houses, where in the common area there is a large shared swimming pool.
The house has three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 7 guests. The first bedroom has a King Size bed, a five-layer wardrobe and air conditioning.
The second bedroom has a bunk bed and a single bed. It also has air conditioning and its own bathroom with shower. The third room in attic has 1 single bed and an extra bed .
The living room has a large Roche Bobois corner bed and a 45'' Smart Tv. The kitchen is fully equipped with branded electrical appliances.
There is also a furnished terrace in the garden and a ping pong table. The villa also has automatic watering, night lighting with a timer and an individual 3 ton water tank.
