1. Check in time is between 14:00 - 21:00 at arrival day & check out time is between 8:00 - 10:00 at departure day. Check in/ out should be scheduled at least one day before.
2. Wifi code could be provided upon request.
3. Information about hot water could be provided in case you face difficulties.
4. Smoking is not allowed
5. Pets are not allowed

7. Children are welcomed. Baby cots could be provided upon request.

9. Quiet hours are between 15:00 - 17:30 and 23:00 - 07:00.

- Cancellation Policy

● 21 Days: No fees apply if the reservation is cancelled earlier than 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Any taken deposit is fully refunded.
● 20-10 Days: In case the booking is canceled between 20 till 10 days prior to arrival, 30% of the total accommodation cost is charged as a cancellation fee.
● 9-0 Days: If the booking is canceled later than 9 days prior to arrival, 70% of the total amount is charged as a cancellation fee. In case of a cancellation due to Covid-19 issues, the guest could proceed to a changing of dates or can ask for an open Voucher due to 18 months on the future from the departure date. The amount that covers Covid-19 issues is 70% of the total amount in any case.
●In case of no-show, without any update from the guest, any taken amount is non-refundable.
●In case of refunding any amount regarding a cancellation, the transaction fees will be charged to the customers.
