Welcome to Ergastiri Retreat, a home built with love, natural materials, and inspired by memories. It is located in a quiet settlement designed in authentic Greek Athonite architecture.
This 49 sq.m. maisonette spans two levels, features two spacious verandas, and overlooks a small private-use garden.
Inside, you’ll find metal furniture with a personal touch, along with original artworks by my father an artist who worked with copper and wood bringing beauty and vibrancy to every space. The settlement is situated on a hillside that stretches from the mountains down to the sea. Just 250 meters from the maisonette, the neighborhood’s beach invites you to relax with your own setup or enjoy a coffee at the beachfront restaurant/bar. If you're traveling with young children, there are playgrounds both at the upper and lower ends of the settlement. The location is ideal, right at the beginning of Halkidiki’s second peninsula, offering easy access to stunning beaches and traditional villages. It’s also conveniently positioned between Gerakini and Psakoudia, where you’ll find supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, beach bars, pharmacies, bakeries, and more.
You'll love the private courtyard, and the large verandas are perfect for enjoying breakfast prepared in the fully equipped kitchen or sipping a glass of wine in the evening.

House Rules:
1. Check in time is between 14:00 - 21:00 at arrival day & check out time is between 8:00 - 10:00 at departure day. Check in/ out should be scheduled at least one day before.
2. Wifi code could be provided upon request.
3. Information about hot water could be provided in case you face difficulties.
4. Smoking is not allowed
5. Pets are not allowed
6. Events/Parties are not allowed
7. Children are welcomed. Baby cots could be provided upon request.
8. Minimum age limit for check in: 18
9. Quiet hours are between 15:00 - 17:30 and 23:00 - 07:00.
10. 24- hour contact service

- Cancellation Policy

● 21 Days: No fees apply if the reservation is cancelled earlier than 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Any taken deposit is fully refunded.
● 20-10 Days: In case the booking is canceled between 20 till 10 days prior to arrival, 30% of the total accommodation cost is charged as a cancellation fee.
● 9-0 Days: If the booking is canceled later than 9 days prior to arrival, 70% of the total amount is charged as a cancellation fee. In case of a cancellation due to Covid-19 issues, the guest could proceed to a changing of dates or can ask for an open Voucher due to 18 months on the future from the departure date. The amount that covers Covid-19 issues is 70% of the total amount in any case.
●In case of no-show, without any update from the guest, any taken amount is non-refundable.
●In case of refunding any amount regarding a cancellation, the transaction fees will be charged to the customers.
